Hydraulic Manipulator Specifications:
The TCM Assistant hydraulic manipulator is mounted on top of the rear-loading garbage truck hopper. It is used with underground and semi-underground waste containers and for other operations with Euro containers, such as extracting waste bins from snow drifts or pulling them when wheels are damaged.
The manipulator is designed and manufactured based on years of experience in garbage truck operations and a deep understanding of line work specifics.
The lifting capacity depends on the hydraulic pressure and can reach 1,900 kg at a 3-meter reach and 850 kg at a 6.2-meter reach.
Radio-controlled operation with two-speed control (approach speed and main movement speed).
Radio remote control allows the operator to use one hand for control while using the other to strap or guide the load.
Manipulator height without crossbeam is only 475 mm.
All key control units, including the radio module, acceleration control for extended reach lifting, transport folding points, and hydraulic distributor, are housed under a protective cover to prevent mechanical damage, snow, and ice accumulation.
