The platform is a steel flatbed with manual locking of the sides. The top and bottom rows of the sides are solid. Rear part execution: mechanical telescopic ramp for loading/unloading cattle, land, and parapets. The floor is made of corrugated steel sheet, 3 mm thick. The platform is equipped with a lowering ramp for loading/unloading livestock. The structure base is reinforced and made of 09Г2С construction steel, treated with anti-corrosive coating. The inside walls are protected with moisture-resistant plywood sheets, 9 mm thick. Along the perimeter of the floor, a bumper is installed, with a height of 1200 mm. On the outer side of the body, for additional protection, there are grid partitions with a gate made of painted steel profile, dividing the internal space. The number of partitions is determined by the customer. The outer side of the platform is painted in the customer's desired color with corrosion-resistant paint. The platform is equipped with front, rear, and side indicator lights (powered by the vehicle's electrical system). The installation of the platform on the chassis is in accordance with the chassis manufacturer's requirements. Reflective tape is applied around the perimeter. Rear metallic fenders with rubber mudguards are installed.
Ramp configuration: Rear mechanical telescopic ramp for loading/unloading livestock from the ground and parapets (customized to the rear opening size), fixed on reinforced hinges to the lower part of the opening, with raising and lowering using two electromechanical winches. The ramp flooring is made of corrugated sheet metal, 3 mm thick, with anti-slip ribs made of bent channel steel spaced every 400 mm. The ramp is secured in the closed position with special locking mechanisms. The sides of the ramp are equipped with metal railings that fold inward when closing the body, with fixation in both open and closed positions.
